Hello, I'm Frederick, owner of BounceBackFiTTLLC. People ask why and how I came up with the name BounceBackFiTT all of the time. It's so unique to me because it describes 99% of us when we were in our athletic years or when we were motivated in some type of exercise regimen, and life seemed to move us away from our health and fitness goals. What 's the first thing we think of when it's time to get back on track?!
We say I need to "bounce back", I say "BounceBackFiTT" with the 2 T's representing Training and Tension.

Workout Inspirations
When I was younger, I would watch football and wrestling. I couldn't believe how muscular, athletic, and in shape those athletes were in. This inspired to me to be like them so I started with push-ups, squats, situps along with jogging. I was determined to get myself in the best of shape. Throughout the years, I developed a passion for health and fitness. I have also developed a passion for helping others achieve their goals.
